Description

  • Coach, mentor, and guide regional directors in leading their teams across sales, partnerships, and implementation.
  • Monitor team performance and forecast commits and stretch goals on a weekly basis.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and sales forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Align with sales leadership on processes, procedures, and team KPIs.
  • Partner with the VP of Revenue Marketing & Implementation to speed up launches and address marketing needs.
  • Work with the VP of Training to ensure new hires ramp quickly and are prepared to perform.
  • Develop the skills and best practices of regional directors.
  • Build a high-performance culture that emphasizes ownership and accountability.
  • Travel within the region and nationally for ride-alongs, conferences, trade shows, and partnership meetings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading front-line sales leaders and sales teams across multiple functions in the Retirement Services, HCM, or Payroll industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll companies, HR consultants, and benefit brokers.
  • CRM experience, particularly Salesforce, for managing the sales process and forecasting sales.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Human Interest sales process and its ongoing needs for success.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and competing priorities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with big-picture thinking.
  • Core strengths in organizational leadership, business acumen, strategic insight, sales planning, and sales team leadership.
  • Preferred professional competencies including customer focus, drive for results, influencing impact, judgment, collaboration, executive presence, value selling, analytical problem solving, and disciplined execution.

  • OTE of $300,000.
  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $150,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
