Description

  • Field inbound leads from businesses and organizations seeking BetterHelp services for employees, students, or members.
  • Prospect new clients through outbound outreach and lead enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Manage the full sales funnel from start to finish using sales enablement and CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers, non-profits, universities, government agencies, and other organizations.
  • Develop deep insight into client needs and work cross-functionally to deliver the right solution.
  • Own sales KPIs and present funnel and performance updates to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Manage accounts end to end while providing strong customer support with care and empathy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and business strategy as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in complex channel partnerships and/or B2B D2E and HR/Benefits markets.
  • Established relationships with consultants and/or D2E partners.
  • Previous experience negotiating contracts.
  • Strong project management and organization skills, including inbox management, time management, and CRM upkeep.
  • Ability to create and follow plans while remaining flexible across multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop as a startup executive and mentor future team members.
  • Passion for the intersection of technology and healthcare.
  • Direct to Employer (D2E) sales experience preferred.
  • Experience working with brokers/consultants preferred.

  • Remote work with the option to travel to the San Jose, CA office up to three times per year plus one company-wide offsite, with travel expenses covered.
  • Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $190,000 to $225,000.
