Description

  • Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies in collaboration with EMEA Marketing and local Sales leadership.
  • Drive the execution of local marketing plans aligned with regional marketing and sales priorities.
  • Lead local product launch activities, including pricing input, KOL engagement, launch strategy, and adoption initiatives.
  • Analyze local market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions.
  • Develop and localize marketing materials, sales tools, and value messaging to strengthen product positioning.
  • Plan and execute local events, workshops, and educational initiatives to increase awareness and adoption.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant clinical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the local sales team to drive product adoption and commercial success in the territory.
  • Drive initiatives in peripheral vascular therapies, including PE, DVT, acute limb ischemia, and VTE management.
  • Deliver local internal training to ensure sales teams are equipped on product knowledge, procedural application, and clinical value messaging.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in MedTech, ideally within interventional vascular therapies, with exposure to venous disease.
  • Experience working with Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, or Cardiology.
  • Strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape and customer dynamics in Poland.
  • Experience supporting or managing product launches is a strong plus.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and structured working style with strong ownership.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with a strong drive to support sales success.
  • Fluent Polish at native level and fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel 50%–60% within the assigned territory.
