Description

  • Manage a scaled book of 400-500 HubSpot Partners through proactive outreach and reactive touch points.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities to nurture, retain, and grow the partner portfolio.
  • Coach partners in a one-to-many format on go-to-market strategies that expand service offerings and accelerate tier progression.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and HubSpot ecosystem resources to support business growth and partnership success.
  • Support active pipeline activity, help partners influence deals, and drive HubSpot adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align partner impact with broader company goals.
  • Design and optimize scalable playbooks, workflows, and engagement models to improve activation and growth efficiency.
  • Integrate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging principles into partner development and engagement.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, partner management, or sales.
  • Experience managing large books of business and balancing high volume with impact.
  • Strong strategic and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and work autonomously.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping shape a new scaled partner growth motion.
  • Alignment with HubSpot’s "Grow Better" philosophy focused on helping others succeed and learn.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $118,460 to $184,800 USD.
  • Cash compensation may include base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
  • Some roles are eligible for HubSpot’s equity plan with restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Some roles may be eligible for overtime pay.
  • Compensation is tailored to skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
