Description

  • Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex districts using IXL.
  • Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned to district goals and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, teachers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Travel throughout New England to deliver professional development, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on implementation support.
  • Meet regularly with district and school leaders to monitor progress and plan next steps.
  • Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilot and pre-sales opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to increase engagement and usage of IXL.
  • Analyze usage and implementation data to inform decision-making and strategy.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Experience as a K-12 educator.
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
  • Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences.
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
  • Ability to interpret data and develop effective implementation plans.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and comfort presenting to teachers and administrators.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, upbeat approach.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a passion for improving education through technology.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $85,000 to $105,000.
  • Potential bonus eligibility.
  • Benefits package.
  • Full-time remote position.
  • Candidates must live in Connecticut.
  • 40% to 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel.
