Description

  • Lead the selection, onboarding, activation, and growth of implementation partners in collaboration with Partner Business Managers.
  • Develop and execute partner-specific business plans focused on training, delivery capabilities, and pipeline development.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners to strengthen their ability to position, sell, and deliver Coupa solutions.
  • Educate partners on Coupa’s delivery methodology and align them with expert services and staffing practices.
  • Create partner scorecards and use partner feedback to support continuous improvement and performance management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams across Professional Services, Sales, Marketing, Product & Technology, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Business Managers and practice leads to plan resource capacity and drive pipeline growth.
  • Facilitate regular partner communication to resolve project issues, address enablement needs, and manage documentation requirements.
  • Ensure partner readiness to transact with Coupa, including MSAs, hour submission processes, and invoicing.
  • Promote cross-border collaboration among global partners to improve resource sharing and delivery consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software implementation, pre-sales, or partner development in procurement technology.
  • Experience with Coupa’s solution stack is an advantage.
  • Procurement domain knowledge is an advantage.
  • Experience with management consulting or system integrator practice operations, including capability building, training, GTM offerings, market expansion, industry verticals, cross-selling, and delivery oversight.
  • Strong customer-facing professionalism with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative and ownership to improve internal processes and drive results.
