Description

  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business and install-base opportunities on a monthly quota cadence.
  • Source new prospects from both inbound leads and self-generated outreach.
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  • Deliver online product demonstrations and occasional in-person presentations.
  • Sell through internal champions and engage multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process.
  • Partner with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to adapt the sales approach as new products and features are introduced.
  • Advise customers on digital transformation and change management as a trusted business consultant.
  • Manage the sales process end to end from discovery through close.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience in India’s small business market, with a focus on SaaS technology.
  • Experience working in a complex selling environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the India region.
  • Experience presenting and pitching business change to C-level executives.
  • Experience managing monthly and annual pipeline with proven forecasting accuracy.
  • Track record of overachieving monthly and annual targets.
  • Training and/or certification in a standardized sales methodology, such as Sandler.
  • Ability to drive results, remain resilient in challenging sales situations, and maintain a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong growth mindset and curiosity about business and technology.
