Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close for physician practices in the assigned territory.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of independent, physician-owned, and PE-backed private practices.
  • Sell to physicians, practice owners, and practice administrators by tailoring conversations to clinical value and practice revenue impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within target specialties including cardiology, nephrology, gastroenterology, pulmonology, and primary care.
  • Partner with clinical and implementation teams to support smooth onboarding and long-term account success.
  • Represent Vironix at specialty society meetings, conferences, and practice networking events in the market.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership to help shape territory strategy, pricing, and product direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record selling directly to physicians and physician practices.
  • Demonstrated success selling into private practices, physician-owned groups, or PE-backed practice platforms.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle, including sourcing, running, and closing deals.
  • Consultative selling skills with the ability to discuss clinical workflows and practice economics.
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a field-based territory role.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Nevada or the Greater Philadelphia / Pennsylvania area.
  • Experience selling to cardiologists, nephrologists, gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, or primary care physicians is preferred.
  • Background in remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, value-based care, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare SaaS sold at the practice level is preferred.
  • Familiarity with practice reimbursement models, including RPM/CCM CPT codes and Medicare billing, is preferred.
  • Existing relationships and a book of contacts in Nevada or Pennsylvania is a strong plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $100,000–$140,000 depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission with realistic on-target earnings of $300K+ and potential to exceed that.
