Description

  • Own relationships with GFiber partners to drive bulk sales, including engagement, contract negotiation, and billing setup.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish for assigned accounts and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, property managers, HOAs, business customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prospect for new business and maintain a healthy sales funnel through cold calling, mailers, warm follow-ups, and networking.
  • Host events and attend HOA or property meetings as needed to support sales efforts.
  • Introduce and explain the GFiber network to new residential properties and commercial clients.
  • Understand and work with GFiber bulk billing systems and processes.
  • Support cross-functional teams with site surveys and customer acquisition tasks requested by sales leadership.
  • Champion the GFiber brand in the market and through field sales activities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales negotiations experience and/or relationship management experience.
  • 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements while working cross-functionally.
  • 2 years of experience managing a sales funnel in a 30 to 90 day sales cycle.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
  • Experience in telecom sales (preferred).
  • Experience working in the local market (preferred).
  • Experience using a CRM database (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to share information with internal and external stakeholders and customers (preferred).
  • This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

  • Competitive on-target earnings of $93,335 annually, including $56,000 base pay plus uncapped sales bonus.
