Description

  • Identify prospect challenges and match them to inbound marketing solutions for their business.
  • Consistently close new business at or above quota level.
  • Nurture relationships with highly qualified opportunities at small-sized companies.
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business.
  • Run online demos of HubSpot software and sell the HubSpot value proposition.
  • Collaborate with HubSpot’s marketing and technology teams to evolve the sales strategy when new features and products are introduced.
  • Help shape HubSpot’s mission by contributing perspectives, ideas, and skills.
  • Research prospects and create outreach strategies using inbound selling methods.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of closing sales experience.
  • Fluency in English and another East European language.
  • Strong consultative selling and closing skills.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management experience.
  • Track record of being a high performer, such as over-quota performance or President’s Club recognition.
  • Strong goal focus and a proven approach to achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, time management, and adaptability for remote work.
  • Experience working in a high-growth, scale-up environment (preferred).
  • Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the tech industry.
  • Humility and enthusiasm in day-to-day work.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of €95,782 to €111,982 EUR.
  • Generous remuneration and stock units.
  • Eligibility for on-target commission and annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
  • Eligibility to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan with restricted stock units (RSUs) for some roles.
  • Education allowance up to €4,250 per year.
