Description

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage deals through to close.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Serve as an expert evangelist for HubSpot’s inbound philosophy and solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, solutions engineering, and other internal teams to develop growth strategies.
  • Contribute ideas and strategy to help build a strong, engaging company culture.
  • Own sales coverage for corporate accounts in the 501+ employee segment across Japan.
  • Use phone and web meetings as the primary channel for customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience in SaaS or web/IT products.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders, including business owners, marketing leaders, and executives.
  • Strong closing skills and deal experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business-level Japanese experience.
  • High motivation to achieve goals.
  • Experience selling to large corporate accounts (500+ employees) is required for this role.
  • Remote work from anywhere in Japan is available for this position.
  • Interest in or familiarity with inbound sales and customer growth solutions is preferred.
