Description

  • Contribute to market research, generate leads, and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Reach out to new prospects through daily cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn communication.
  • Arrange and lead presentation meetings to present networking solutions to potential clients.
  • Prepare commercial offers and support contract completion to meet assigned sales goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact and site visits.
  • Attend exhibitions and meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products.
  • Use the company CRM system to log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong cold calling, pipeline generation, and proactive prospecting skills.
  • Experience delivering business presentations and leading client meetings.
  • Experience working under KPIs and deadlines, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • Experience in telecommunications, IoT, or hardware sales.
  • A consultative sales approach focused on understanding client needs and pain points.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a commercial or business-related field.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher in speaking, writing, and understanding.
  • Strong industry connections in a relevant field are preferred.
  • Experience selling into a relevant industry is a plus.
