Description

  • Design and execute marketing strategies and frameworks tailored to client needs.
  • Support initial client setup and training after solution architecture and configuration are completed.
  • Provide ongoing consultancy by managing client requests, needs, and goals.
  • Own integration projects from a marketing and CX perspective.
  • Conduct technology audits and recommend marketing and technology best practices.
  • Ensure integrated and closed-loop reporting across client tech solutions.
  • Keep clients informed about new products, features, and changes in the marketing technology space.
  • Advise on how to leverage technology features for marketing and communications.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze and optimize CX processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a client-facing consulting or specialist role within a digital agency or consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to run workshops and executive discussions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools, methodologies, and practices.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing and adapting to changing processes.
  • Understanding of inbound marketing and customer experience (CX) marketing.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn a new technology stack.
  • Continuous learning mindset with awareness of industry trends and new sales enablement technologies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Germany or Austria.
