Description

  • Lead, coordinate, and manage installations to ensure efficiency, speed, and a strong customer experience.
  • Manage third-party installers and keep customers updated on installation status through daily report-outs and stand-up meetings.
  • Deploy hardware and software solutions with minimal assistance in a dynamic environment.
  • Advise customers on optimal hardware placement to improve workflows and support a compliant interview data collection environment.
  • Create accurate installation diagrams and thorough documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Engage with key post-sale stakeholders, including chiefs of police, command staff, sheriffs, IT directors, and program managers.
  • Conduct training for technical and non-technical staff on using and providing basic support for the Axon Interview solution.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and help resolve deployment problems proactively.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience at or with law enforcement agencies is highly valued.
  • Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, installation of networks, cameras, microphones, and touch panels.
  • Proven cross-functional team leadership skills and experience supporting customers and third parties.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues or quickly learn how to do so.
  • Basic understanding of IP cameras, network audio/video, and PoE technologies.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP layers, local area networking, and physical layer infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of IP-based Ethernet networks, including Layer 2, LAN, and WAN.
  • Basic understanding of low-voltage data cabling.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and visit clients in person weekly; candidates must live within reasonable proximity to a major airport.
  • Some roles may require legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment.
