Description

  • Design scalable and innovative client solutions using HubSpot CRM as a central platform.
  • Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Sales, and Service Consulting teams to define architecture and project scope.
  • Create architecture diagrams, requirements documents, functional specifications, and data models for implementation teams.
  • Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct technology audits and recommend improvements to client solutions.
  • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for technology solutions.
  • Assist with data migration projects and perform quality assurance testing.
  • Stay current on technology features and communicate updates internally and to clients.
  • Drive team certifications and deliver technology training to internal staff.
  • Guide clients in adopting new technologies and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other CRM, technology platform, or system architecture roles.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in a digital or technical agency/consultancy in a client-facing consulting, solution-building, implementation, and training role.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and compile technical documentation, including API documentation, ERDs, and functional specifications.
  • Sound knowledge of big data.
  • Experience integrating systems, leveraging APIs, or working with custom-built solutions.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail, maturity, and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Legal right to work and current residency in the United Kingdom.
