Description

  • Lead configuration and deployment of enterprise-level D365 F&SCM Manufacturing projects, including design, planning, and testing.
  • Create solution blueprints, estimates, and statements of work with technical architecture, project management, and sales teams.
  • Lead project teams and advise clients on process and system adoption.
  • Gather requirements, conduct Fit-Gap analysis, and develop functional requirements and design specifications.
  • Guide solutions through design, development, testing, deployment, upgrades, integrations, and post-live support.
  • Establish testing and issue-resolution processes for functional architecture and integration points.
  • Conduct user training, support user acceptance testing, and maintain training documentation.
  • Monitor D365 releases, Microsoft updates, and industry trends; contribute to methodology improvements.
  • Track project tasks in Azure DevOps and support vendor, client, and internal stakeholder relationships.
  • Participate in occasional pre-sales activities and make recommendations aligned with client and company interests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of direct functional and technical experience leading full-lifecycle implementations; experience need not be consecutive.
  • 5+ years of experience with .NET/X++, AX 2009/2012, D365 F&SCM Manufacturing, complex integrations and customizations, and Microsoft-hosted environments.
  • Strong understanding of D365 F&SCM Manufacturing architecture and supporting functional modules.
  • Experience with Integration Architecture, Data Architecture, Power Platform, system upgrades, and integrations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into solution architecture and work across both architectural and hands-on implementation activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership on enterprise-level projects, including requirements gathering and Fit-Gap analysis.
  • Experience with construction or manufacturing industries, ISV solutions, and industry best practices preferred.
  • Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, or MB-700 preferred.
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, customer relationship, prioritization, and independent-working skills; authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.

  • Salary range of $174,100–$216,800, inclusive of bonus opportunities.
