Description

  • Own and grow new business across the Benelux region, with an initial focus on France and Belgium.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage prospects through Huble’s sales process.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns to identify target accounts and build pipeline from scratch.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, demonstrations, and consultative solution discussions with prospective customers.
  • Build presentations, commercial proposals, and responses to RFPs and tenders.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms through to close.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecast records in Huble systems, primarily HubSpot.
  • Work with marketing, HubSpot sales, channel, and customer success teams to generate and convert referral opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate pipeline and build market presence.
  • Contribute to regional go-to-market strategy and help shape the future Benelux team as the region grows.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English, with native or near-native French proficiency required.
  • Dutch or Flemish language skills are a plus.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales role.
  • Experience in digital consultancy, CRM, MarTech, or a related technology services environment.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
  • Demonstrated success building pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting, events, and networking.
  • Experience conducting discovery meetings and scoping complex engagements without a sales engineer.
  • Experience negotiating with C-level executives at mid-market to enterprise companies.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Experience in or strong knowledge of the French-speaking Benelux market.
  • Ambition to grow into a sales leadership role and eventually lead a regional team.
  • Must have the legal right to work and current residency in Belgium.
