Description

  • Own bookings growth across enterprise accounts in the TOLA region.
  • Manage a team of Field Account Executives focused on discovering and developing new opportunities.
  • Oversee pipeline development, account strategies, and customer expansion efforts.
  • Build and maintain a partner ecosystem, including close collaboration with Focus partners.
  • Recruit, hire, and enable sales team members while managing their performance.
  • Provide hands-on leadership on account strategy, sales process, and CxO-level selling.
  • Participate in regional strategic and tactical planning as a member of the Enterprise Management team.
  • Develop and execute a Focus plan to maximize revenue and growth across the region.
  • Drive accurate forecasting practices and hold weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
  • Work across Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik partners to exceed sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of sales management experience.
  • Experience working on small-to-mid enterprise deals.
  • Relevant domain experience across backup, cloud, and datacenter environments.
  • Proven track record in a sales-driven organization selling technology-related products and services.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an extended sales team.
  • Knowledge of Rubrik’s specific domain area.
  • Ability to influence others and gain acceptance in sensitive situations.
