Description

  • Consult clients on business and marketing needs and define success metrics tied to objectives.
  • Audit existing marketing activities and recommend improvements based on Martech best practices.
  • Develop marketing and customer experience strategies, including messaging, positioning, personas, journey mapping, and behavioral design.
  • Brief creative, SEO, paid media, design, development, and junior marketing teams on requirements and QA outputs.
  • Define website objectives, page architecture, strategic layouts, and CRO improvements for client websites.
  • Audit website content and ensure outputs align with business and marketing requirements.
  • Consult and workshop with clients to document marketing operations requirements during CRM onboarding.
  • Set up or optimize marketing systems, automation, reporting, and migrations.
  • Run functional testing of marketing processes, automation, and website outputs before launch.
  • Provide training, workshops, and change management support to drive HubSpot adoption.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Strategy, or continuous education through relevant marketing certifications.
  • Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Previous experience in a digital agency or consultancy in a client-facing consulting, solution-building, implementation, or training role is a bonus.
  • Experience developing multiple marketing strategies from concept to execution.
  • Ability to conduct desk research and develop ICP audiences and personas.
  • Experience reporting on digital marketing performance and setting up reporting.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of sales and customer service.
  • Experience developing or running marketing automation programs and leveraging data for marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot or equivalent platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo; certification is a bonus.
  • Solid knowledge of HubSpot CMS or equivalent CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or Wix.
  • Demonstrable experience in at least 2 of the following: SEO/organic traffic, paid media, email marketing/marketing automation, or website strategy/website CRO.
  • Previous experience in change management, behavioral science, brand strategy, or GTM strategy is a bonus.
  • Legal right to work and current residency in Belgium.
