Description

  • Finalize projected costs against budget for Total Rewards programs and secure approval before implementation.
  • Prepare financial models for base and variable compensation to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Partner with FP&A and Payroll to communicate variances and assess financial impact.
  • Consult on and administer annual compensation cycles, including procedures, data analysis, documentation, reports, and communication tools.
  • Collaborate on implementation of compensation events such as merit increases, market adjustments, pay equity, promotions, and progression processes.
  • Partner with the Equity Compensation Specialist on financial modeling and administration for the long-term incentive plan.
  • Prepare and present summary reports on compensation analysis.
  • Support development of the company’s total rewards strategy through consultation, data analysis, and forecasting.
  • Build collaborative relationships with HR partners, business leaders, and team members on compensation programs and initiatives.
  • Own administration and communication of the global vehicle program, including vendor coordination, roster and budget management, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, data analysis, financial analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience building financial models and analyzing data and performance.
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and corporate performance management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using an organized and logical approach.
  • Experience managing processes and timelines to deliver work effectively.
  • Accountability and a track record of meeting commitments.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred personal traits include tenacity, curiosity, conscientiousness, humility, and empathy.
