Description

  • Lead administration and optimization of Salesforce to support unified Sales, Marketing, and RevOps workflows.
  • Architect and maintain Flows for lead routing, lifecycle automation, and data-driven triggers.
  • Perform advanced data operations such as deduplication, normalization, and enrichment.
  • Maintain CRM structure including record types, page layouts, validation rules, and permission sets.
  • Build dashboards to monitor pipeline health, marketing attribution, and team performance.
  • Integrate Salesforce with sales enablement and marketing automation tools across the tech stack.
  • Manage tools such as ZoomInfo, Clay, and D&B, and support AI-driven prospecting tools.
  • Partner with consulting teams to execute client-facing Salesforce implementations.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Admin with 3+ years of platform experience.
  • Advanced experience with Flow Builder and scalable low-code automation.
  • Deep knowledge of relational data, record types, and data modeling.
  • Strong data management skills, including large-scale deduplication and data hygiene.
  • Proven ability to sync Sales and Marketing technology stacks.
  • Experience building pipeline, activity, and attribution dashboards.
  • Experience with external BI platforms such as Klipfolio (preferred).
  • Functional knowledge of SQL for data auditing, troubleshooting, and analysis (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered RevOps tools for prospecting and data enrichment (preferred).
  • Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps and backup connection of at least 10 Mbps, with backup available during power outages.
  • Desktop or laptop meeting minimum specs: Intel Core i5 8th gen+, Intel Core i3 10th gen+, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, with at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
