Description

  • Make approximately 45 outbound calls per day to set appointments for Account Executives.
  • Conduct approximately 45 outreach touchpoints per day through social media and email to build rapport and future sales opportunities.
  • Set 8-10 appointments per month for Account Executives.
  • Initiate prospect outreach through email, LinkedIn, Vidyard, video, text messaging, and phone calls.
  • Research prospective clients and complete pre-call planning.
  • Manage pipeline activity in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate lead qualification data.
  • Educate and develop prospects through handoff to the Account Executive team.
  • Drive attendance for webinars, live seminars, meetings, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on the sales approach.
  • Lead daily standups, provide updates, and coach SDRs through role-play, feedback, and support.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust communication style for different audiences.
  • Candid feedback and a positive, direct approach to communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and use systems accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work well independently while valuing teamwork.
  • Proven success in SMB B2B sales; SaaS or HR Tech experience preferred.
  • Proven experience with cold-call prospecting into SMB accounts and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience calling company decision-makers such as C-level executives and VPs in Finance and HR.
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office, with Salesforce experience required.
  • Experience coaching SDRs and supporting Account Executives in the small and medium business market.
  • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps for primary connection and 10 Mbps for backup connection.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th gen or newer, Intel Core i3 10th gen or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and works during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone.
