Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline progress in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings set and qualified leads generated.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within relevant target industries.
  • Support the conversion of prospects into long-term clients by communicating solution value effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales with a focus on enterprise sales.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong research skills to identify and target key prospects.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Experience working with or selling to enterprise IT teams or SaaS decision-makers is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS sales cycle and buyer journey is preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate their value effectively is preferred.
  • Previous success in a remote sales role with the ability to self-manage and stay organized is preferred.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and remains functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
