Description

  • Identify relevant creators, communities, and professional groups aligned with the company’s audience.
  • Evaluate the quality of partner engagement, not just audience size.
  • Start outreach conversations through LinkedIn, email, or social platforms.
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups with potential and active partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
  • Keep partners informed about services, updates, and partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain organized communication records and documentation of agreements.
  • Track referrals, partner activity, and channel performance.
  • Support onboarding of new partners and coordinate partnership terms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to share partner feedback and improve positioning and communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, customer success, sales support, recruitment, or outreach roles.
  • Strong written communication in English.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with U.S. teams and U.S. time zones.
  • Able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Reliable follow-up and accountability.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR services, or B2B services is preferred.
  • Experience working with influencers or referral programs is preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach is preferred.
  • Experience tracking leads in spreadsheets or a CRM is preferred.
