Description

  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product leaders to evaluate partner strategies, growth initiatives, commercial structures, and investments.
  • Serve as the primary finance thought partner for key commercial decisions, aligning choices with financial objectives, incentive design, and risk tolerance.
  • Challenge assumptions, pressure-test proposals, and help leaders weigh tradeoffs between growth, margin, and risk.
  • Own customer, product, and channel profitability analysis and identify drivers of performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain commercial KPIs covering revenue quality, partner contribution, deal economics, cost-to-serve, margin, customer acquisition economics, retention, and LTV/CAC.
  • Create executive-ready narratives that explain business performance and the reasons behind it.
  • Support pricing strategy, revenue share arrangements, and commercial terms to drive disciplined deal outcomes.
  • Build financial models for new partnerships, channel launches, and embedded or indirect go-to-market initiatives.
  • Evaluate ROI on commercial investments and recommend course corrections when needed.
  • Support revenue forecasting, scenario analysis, and governance processes that balance speed with financial discipline.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, Consulting, or related roles.
  • Proven experience supporting channel, partnership, or indirect go-to-market models in B2B, fintech, payments, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a bias toward action.
  • Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present a compelling data-driven story to executive audiences.
  • Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
  • Hands-on ownership mindset and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and fluency in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with BI tools and large datasets is preferred.
