Description

  • Serve as Spinnaker’s primary owner for the AWS relationship and day-to-day contact for AWS field leadership, partner leads, and specialty sellers.
  • Build and maintain executive and field relationships across AWS partner stakeholders and represent Spinnaker at partner events and field engagements.
  • Stand up and administer the AWS Partner Network (APN) portal and AWS Marketplace presence, including listings, documentation, and partner-tier progression.
  • Own the end-to-end AWS co-sell opportunity registration process in ACE and keep opportunity data accurate and current.
  • Track, report, and reconcile partner program metrics, co-sell pipeline, and AWS Marketplace activity with Spinnaker systems.
  • Define and maintain Salesforce opportunity tracking and pipeline reporting conventions for AWS co-sell deals.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure Spinnaker complies with AWS partner requirements and maximizes program benefits.
  • Plan and execute joint field activities such as Lunch and Learns, happy hours, and seller briefings.
  • Develop field-ready enablement materials that help AWS sellers position Spinnaker’s value proposition.
  • Support strategic partnership development, including movement toward a formal Strategic Collaboration Agreement with AWS and related co-marketing or field incentive opportunities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology.
  • 4+ years of experience in cloud partnerships, alliances, or channel management.
  • Hands-on experience administering the AWS Partner Network (APN) portal.
  • Experience registering and managing co-sell opportunities in ACE (AWS Customer Engagement).
  • Experience maintaining AWS Marketplace listings.
  • Proven track record driving joint go-to-market motions with hyperscaler field sellers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and opportunity/pipeline tracking across external systems.
  • Working knowledge of the SAP landscape, including ECC, S/4HANA, and RISE, sufficient to engage AWS SAP Specialty Sellers.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle applications and ODB@AWS, including EBS, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards, and Database, sufficient to engage AWS Oracle Specialty Sellers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English; additional languages are a strong asset.
  • Experience with SAP RISE competitive positioning or third-party support models is preferred.
  • Background in ISV or SaaS partner alliance management at a global technology company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AWS Marketplace listings and co-sell opportunity management is preferred.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Partner Accreditation certification is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $135,000–$145,000 USD.
  • Compensation is determined using labor market data and the location where the role is filled.
  • Final pay is also based on education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
