Description

  • Own HighLevel’s growth and success across Australia as the senior market leader and representative.
  • Develop and execute the Australia market strategy and multi-year growth vision aligned to international expansion goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, market penetration, and regional P&L performance.
  • Build and expand the agency and affiliate ecosystem by developing relationships with agency owners, consultants, educators, influencers, and partners.
  • Recruit, onboard, and support high-value partners and ecosystem leaders.
  • Serve as the face of HighLevel in Australia through events, conferences, workshops, webinars, podcasts, and industry communities.
  • Build local community presence and foster advocacy through user groups, meetups, networking, and regional events.
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform leadership and product decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue, Events, Community, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to execute regional initiatives.
  • Build scalable systems and processes to support long-term growth in Australia and the broader APAC region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading growth, partnerships, revenue, business development, entrepreneurship, or market expansion initiatives at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow businesses, markets, or business units.
  • Experience working directly with founders, executive leadership teams, or boards.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a track record of hands-on execution.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and build strategic relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, digital marketing, agencies, or related industries.
  • Experience building communities, partnerships, or affiliate programs.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and execute with limited direction.
  • Strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Existing relationships within the Australian agency, marketing, or SaaS ecosystem (preferred).
  • Experience scaling a business, business unit, or market (preferred).
  • Experience speaking at industry events and building personal brand authority (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the HighLevel platform and ecosystem (preferred).
  • Experience working closely with founders or executive leadership teams (preferred).
