Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap across email, SMS, loyalty, subscriptions, and post-purchase engagement.
  • Translate company revenue, acquisition, and retention goals into lifecycle OKRs and quarterly execution plans.
  • Develop and optimize automation workflows for onboarding, retention, product review acquisition, re-engagement, replenishment, upsell, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Create personalized customer messaging based on segmentation, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, incentives, pricing, and cadence to improve conversion and engagement metrics.
  • Build, launch, and continuously optimize a loyalty and rewards program that supports retention, repeat purchases, subscriptions, and AOV growth.
  • Lead vendor evaluation, RFP development, selection, implementation planning, launch strategy, and post-launch optimization for loyalty platforms.
  • Develop and execute product review acquisition strategies across customer journey touchpoints and manage review response and reputation processes.
  • Analyze cohort, retention, churn, LTV, and review performance data; build reporting dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, e-commerce, paid media, design, customer experience, operations, and BI teams to align lifecycle programs with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Located in the Los Angeles area preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing email/SMS lifecycle automated campaigns focused on retention, subscriptions, and LTV.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing and managing loyalty and rewards programs for an e-commerce company, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or a similar industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a product review platform such as Okendo, Yotpo, or similar.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, and Recharge is a big plus.
  • Experience with Okendo, Yotpo, or similar review tools is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and/or BI tools such as Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and gain buy-in through a data-centric approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort building data-centric reports and presentations and presenting them clearly to both large and small groups.
  • 1-2 years of people management experience is a plus.
