Description

  • Configure and optimize HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Build and manage workflows, automations, pipelines, CRM logic, and related system architecture.
  • Execute data migrations, including mapping, imports, and validation.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting setups, and campaign structures that support client goals.
  • Support CMS and content deployment efforts within HubSpot.
  • Deliver HubSpot projects across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and planning through configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure implemented solutions are accurate, scalable, and performant.
  • Onboard and train clients on HubSpot best practices and platform usage.
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Developers.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and escalate technical issues across HubSpot and its integrations.
  • Analyze system performance and campaign results, and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation within HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot, especially Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Strong expertise in workflows, automation processes, and CRM architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience with data migration, integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and complete work accurately and on time.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Comfort leading client calls, training sessions, and documentation in English.
  • Excellent client communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Active HubSpot certifications or a willingness to obtain them.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality outputs.
