Description

  • Own the acquisition pipeline and expand Headout’s distribution network with strategic partners.
  • Identify, develop, and manage high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth and market presence.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key partners while building trust and supporting partner performance.
  • Monitor partner performance and revenue generation, then recommend improvements based on data and trends.
  • Work closely with regional teams to grow revenue and strengthen brand presence.
  • Define partnership journey strategy, product inputs, and measurement for an early-stage partnership function.
  • Build senior relationships and represent Headout in industry forums and external conversations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build the distribution business.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience driving revenue growth through partnerships or B2B sales.
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to run full commercial cycles and close high-impact deals.
  • Ability to craft partnership proposals that create value for both parties.
  • Comfort working with product, supply, and marketing teams on integrations, content, and onboarding.
  • Proven ability to qualify, prioritize, and progress leads through structured sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM hygiene, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to apply first-principles thinking to solve ambiguous problems in resource-constrained environments.
  • Proactive curiosity about competitors, market dynamics, and partner needs.
  • Preferred experience scaling a sales or business development function in a startup.
  • Preferred ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and adapt quickly.
