Description

  • Drive commercial success and market expansion in Singapore as part of the APAC Business Team.
  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard new supply partners and distribution-side partners across Singapore.
  • Launch new experience categories and help scale the business quickly.
  • Nurture relationships with existing supply partners to unlock additional growth.
  • Strengthen Headout’s presence across key areas such as Sentosa, Marina Bay, and beyond.
  • Liaise between internal teams such as Operations, Tech, and Marketing and external accounts to ensure smooth partnership execution.
  • Support booking growth through partnership management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends and provide market and competitor analysis to inform business strategy across Singapore and APAC.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in consumer tech, travel tech, or marketplace startups.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, or another Asian language is required.
  • Candidates must currently be based in Singapore.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Global mindset and comfort working across different cultural backgrounds and time zones in APAC.
  • Startup attitude with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Experience working with a CRM.
  • Willingness to learn and use new tools.
  • Experience scaling a sales or business development function in a travel or e-commerce startup is a bonus.
