Description

  • Own customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio.
  • Provide hands-on technical consulting from onboarding and implementation through adoption and value realization.
  • Develop account success plans and align customer stakeholders around operational and business outcomes.
  • Analyze usage data to identify adoption gaps, risks, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct business reviews and customer check-ins, resolving concerns and supporting satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to improve adoption, integration, and product capabilities.
  • Provide customer feedback to product management and contribute to reference architectures, best-practice guides, and enablement content.
  • Identify at-risk accounts through churn and adoption analysis and support product and AGRR targets.
  • Improve customer success processes, tools, resources, and delivery methodologies.
  • Participate in Harness Community forums and advise customers on DevSecOps, cloud, infrastructure, and security practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or technical account management.
  • 5+ years of experience with relevant cloud, infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, DevOps, scripting, or application security technologies.
  • Expertise with the Kubernetes ecosystem, including Helm, releases, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth AWS experience, including infrastructure provisioning, VPC, EKS, S3, EBS, EFS, and EC2; GCP or Azure experience is preferred.
  • Strong Linux troubleshooting and infrastructure problem-solving skills.
  • Programming or scripting experience, with the ability to build custom integrations and tailored solutions.
  • Experience with tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Harness Pipelines, Python, Bash, YAML, and Go.
  • Application security experience with areas such as SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST, SBOMs, API security, penetration testing, SIEM, or SOAR.
  • Strong customer relationship, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
