Description

  • Own the strategy, systems, team, and outcomes for Shopify and TikTok Shop growth.
  • Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop revenue toward $20M+ in combined sales within 18 months.
  • Manage paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok, testing 100+ ad creatives weekly and optimizing to ROAS targets.
  • Partner with affiliate, UGC, and Amazon teams to amplify winning creative and drive halo effects.
  • Launch one new bundle-based funnel each month and improve funnel economics through ongoing CRO.
  • Optimize homepage, product pages, collection merchandising, upsells, and seasonal promotions.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo and Postscript, including welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back flows.
  • Develop blog and SEO strategy to grow organic, education-based traffic and customer lifetime value.
  • Review weekly P&Ls, analyze performance metrics, and deliver scorecards and monthly growth plans.
  • Lead and coach a cross-functional ecommerce pod, including hiring, onboarding, and managing freelancers and contractors.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in DTC ecommerce, especially Shopify and paid social.
  • Proven track record of scaling ecommerce brands past $20M in revenue.
  • Experience owning revenue and profitability targets.
  • Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
  • Strong background in bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
  • Ability to write and review high-converting landing pages.
  • Comfort leading a fully remote team with clear weekly cadences.
