Description

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Generate new business by finding and creating new logo opportunities and building a strong pipeline.
  • Grow existing accounts and increase customer value over time.
  • Develop growth strategies focused on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Research new markets, customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Prepare sales contracts and ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue, invoices, and CRM data.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Content teams.

Requirements

  • Native-level German proficiency.
  • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • More than 5 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, focused on enterprise organizations.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions or complex SaaS products to technical buyers such as CISOs and CTOs in the DACH market.
  • Proven success in growing a business and expanding into new markets.
  • Strong drive to exceed sales targets and adapt well to change.
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort adopting new technology and tools.
  • Understanding of CRMs and how to use them effectively in the sales process.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships through personalization, value creation, and collaboration.
  • Commercial creativity and analytical capability.
