Description

  • Engage B2B prospects through a high volume of outbound phone calls to book appointments and drive sales.
  • Consistently meet activity and performance KPIs, including phone time, dials, and sales volume.
  • Follow an established sales process to convert prospects into clients.
  • Incorporate coaching and feedback from management to improve performance.
  • Work independently and reliably in a remote environment.
  • Maintain a competitive, energetic, and positive approach in a high-rejection, high-volume sales setting.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, SC, NC, NJ, PA, DE, VA, KY, TN, IN, MI, MO, MN, AL, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, UT, or NV.
  • Available to work a 40-hour standard weekday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
  • Able to work from a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work.
  • Energetic, resilient, and positive attitude with strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • High integrity, strong work ethic, reliability, and self-discipline.
  • Ability to perform independently in a remote environment.
  • Driven to exceed goals and thrive in high-rejection, high-volume outbound sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven quota attainment and strong career progression in highly competitive environments preferred.
