Description

  • Own and execute the global GSI alliance strategy with tier-one system integrators such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, and DXC.
  • Build and launch joint service offerings and go-to-market programs based on cyber resilience and the Hack The Box platform.
  • Develop the partner bill of materials and other assets needed to bring new global offerings to market.
  • Guide partners toward integrating the full Hack The Box platform into their transformation frameworks and services portfolios.
  • Manage executive-level relationships with GSI cybersecurity leaders and CTOs.
  • Represent the needs of GSI partners internally and influence Product and Engineering roadmap priorities.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through joint account planning and co-selling in enterprise and public sector markets.
  • Provide accurate quarterly forecasts for the global GSI business, including multi-year sell-to and sell-through contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Sales Ops, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience in partnerships, with a proven track record managing Tier 1 GSI portfolios.
  • Experience building and launching global service offerings from scratch.
  • Strong organizational skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong internal and partner relationships.
  • Leadership style that demonstrates teamwork, personal accountability, and mutual support.
  • Experience with enterprise partnership KPIs such as services launched, partner-sourced ARR, and attach rate.
  • Cybersecurity fluency is a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, HubSpot, Crossbeam, and Jira.

  • Compensation of $217,000-$260,000 OTE with a 70/30 split.
