Description

  • Contact 300-350 new leads per month to assess needs and qualify or disqualify prospects for financing solutions.
  • Set appointments with qualified leads and hand them off to Finance Consultants.
  • Accurately log lead interactions and updates in Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain a structured outreach cadence and meet monthly call and qualification targets.
  • Work closely with Finance Consultants to prepare qualified leads for the next stage of the sales process.
  • Maintain exceptional punctuality and reliability for scheduled calls, meetings, and engagements.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current on products, services, and qualification best practices.
  • Provide feedback on lead qualification challenges and help document processes and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in phone-based sales or other transactional sales environments preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with potential clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to set priorities, manage workload, and meet or exceed individual and team goals.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow a structured outreach cadence.
  • Ability to help create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must meet work-from-home requirements, including a home office space and high-speed internet.
