Description

  • Conduct active cold calling to prospective clients in the U.S., Spain, and LATAM.
  • Identify strategic leads in universities, educational institutions, and healthcare organizations.
  • Deliver consultative sales conversations by presenting the product and explaining its value proposition.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor outreach to support the sales process.
  • Manage pipeline activity by scheduling demo meetings for the commercial team.
  • Provide basic product demonstrations of the simulator.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
  • Support lead generation efforts focused on B2B or consultative sales environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in phone sales, cold calling, and lead generation in SDR/BDR roles.
  • Advanced English with strong spoken fluency for negotiating in the U.S. market.
  • Previous experience or knowledge in the healthcare or education sector is required.
  • Excellent pronunciation and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand technology products.
  • Preferred experience in B2B or consultative sales environments.
  • Full-time availability for Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm to 12:00 am Spain time (approximately 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Argentina time).
