Description

  • Own paid digital strategy and execution across search, social, and display channels.
  • Lead user acquisition and lead generation programs for enterprise brand marketers, media agencies, and SMB/local advertisers.
  • Design email and lifecycle nurture touchpoints with content and product marketing to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Manage the performance agency, vendor/platform relationships, and budget pacing on a day-to-day basis.
  • Track and report on demand generation performance, including pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, and channel efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign performance proactively and challenge channel plans to improve efficiency and business alignment.
  • Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and optimize toward higher-value customers.
  • Develop creative messaging and run A/B tests to improve campaign performance.
  • Set up and own attribution and campaign analysis, including identifying issues when tracking breaks.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally at a startup, B2B SaaS, or ad tech company.
  • Proven track record of running paid campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • Comfort operating across both enterprise B2B and self-serve/SMB go-to-market motions.
  • Strong data fluency, attribution experience, and analytical instincts.
  • Ability to take a GTM brief and turn it into a channel plan with minimal hand-holding.
  • AI-forward mindset with judgment and familiarity using AI-assisted execution appropriately.
  • Experience in ad tech, location intelligence, or marketing technology is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or programmatic DSPs such as The Trade Desk is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms is preferred.
  • Experience balancing brand and performance budgets is preferred.
  • Experience with LLMs and generative AI platforms is preferred.

  • Base salary of $85,000-$115,000 plus 15% bonus, with $97,750-$132,250 OTE.
