Description

  • Assist in building AI agents using the Workato Agentic AI platform.
  • Support development of intelligent workflows that use LLMs for reasoning, summarization, classification, and decision-making.
  • Configure integrations between enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and Slack to enable agent-driven automation.
  • Help test, validate, and optimize agent workflows for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  • Monitor agent performance and help troubleshoot integration or model-related issues.
  • Stay current on advancements in AI, LLMs, and automation technologies.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, REST, webhooks, and SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with JSON and data mapping concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with prompt engineering or working with LLM APIs is preferred.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python is preferred.
  • Understanding of automation patterns, RAG concepts, or event-driven architectures is preferred.
  • Strong interest in AI agents, intelligent orchestration, and enterprise automation.
