Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during their first 30-90 days of onboarding.
  • Build strong initial client relationships that support long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Conduct virtual one-on-one training sessions to educate clients on the platform and services.
  • Help clients apply the software to their specific business needs and encourage early product adoption.
  • Identify client needs, track onboarding progress, and proactively address roadblocks.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation across systems for cross-functional visibility.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to create a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide personalized support that reduces churn and strengthens customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, ideally in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects.
  • Experience with CRM or customer success tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight, or HubSpot (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Additional knowledge of AI platforms is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Green industry knowledge in landscaping, arborist, or field service operations is an asset, including estimating, scheduling, crew management, and invoicing.
  • French or Spanish language proficiency is an asset.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
  • Must have proper work authorization to work in Canada or the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Estimated pay range of CAD 75,000-85,000 for Canada-based candidates.
  • Estimated pay range of USD 65,000-75,000 for U.S.-based candidates.
