Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through a combination of both.
  • Visit stores, make purchases, return items, or schedule appointments as part of assigned missions.
  • Provide objective feedback on each experience through a questionnaire.
  • Choose assignments that match personal profile and interests.
  • Complete all questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Follow the project objectives and special requirements set by the luxury brand being evaluated.

Requirements

  • Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not currently be under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
  • Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.
  • Applicants should not have worked for luxury retail brands to preserve evaluation integrity.
  • Must register on live.cxg.com and complete profile verification and general certification.
  • Ability to use CXG’s mobile platform to search for and apply to missions.
