Description

  • Configure and deploy SwiftMR on virtual machines and gateway PCs.
  • Connect SwiftMR to MRI systems and integrate it with PACS.
  • Manage network and DICOM configurations to ensure smooth interoperability.
  • Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DICOM, integration, and connectivity issues related to SwiftMR.
  • Support secure and reliable cloud-based operations for healthcare facilities.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and resolve application support issues.
  • Develop and maintain implementation and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to help customers fully use SwiftMR and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide PACS support and MRI-specific configuration assistance when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT.
  • Proficiency with TCP/IP networking and DICOM networking.
  • Experience with MRI systems, PACS, and imaging software.
  • PACS support experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Client-focused approach to technical support and customer success.
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT (preferred).
  • Experience implementing radiology AI software in hospital settings (preferred).
