Description

  • Stand up and own the Corporate Finance Analytics function with end-to-end accountability as an individual contributor.
  • Partner with distributed data teams to build, iterate, and optimize corporate data architecture and data models.
  • Design, build, and maintain production-quality dashboards, reporting layers, and scalable data products.
  • Develop advanced analytical models and deep dives to connect customer behavior and macro trends to financial outcomes.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into structured narratives and actionable insights for executive and senior leadership decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to develop datasets that support evolving business needs and enable self-service data use across finance and business teams.
  • Manage urgent ad hoc analysis requests and maintain rigorous QA support for core financial data.
  • Define reporting guardrails and analytical frameworks that improve predictability and insight for high-tempo decision-making.
  • Track and analyze company-wide operating metrics such as Customer Count, ARR, and NDR.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate analytics, financial analytics, data science, or a directly related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience writing complex, highly efficient queries.
  • 3+ years of experience building production-quality dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Mode, Sisense, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and modern data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with dbt is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce data structures and business systems is preferred.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear narratives for senior leadership.
  • Strong critical reasoning and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS business is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, cloud, or open-source company, especially in public company or IPO-readiness environments, is a bonus.
  • Experience working in globally distributed, remote-first organizations across multiple time zones is a bonus.
  • Experience with Grafana visualization, or a strong desire to learn it, is a major plus.
  • Experience documenting datasets or building AI skills/plugins for MCP server ingestion or LLM-driven internal data discovery is a bonus.

  • Base salary range of $143,759 to $172,511 in the United States, depending on level, experience, and skillset.
