Description

  • Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana’s technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends.
  • Follow up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently.
  • Prospect into target accounts using email, social channels, and phone outreach.
  • Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead, account management, and research.
  • Research and prioritize target prospects and accounts, then tailor outreach with relevant messaging.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals and direct them to appropriate resources.
  • Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to win business as a team.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Open to feedback and coaching, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize many tasks and demands.
  • Willingness to take on tasks of any size with a focus on quality.
  • Resourceful and proactive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Driven by purpose and motivated to succeed with a team-first attitude.
  • Located in Sweden.
  • Confidence and effectiveness on the phone are important for success in the role.
  • Interest in technology and willingness to learn about Grafana Labs, its community, and its industry (preferred).
