Description

  • Schedule highly qualified meetings for field sales team members using a defined sales methodology and territory-based sales strategies.
  • Manage lead generation and follow-up activity on inbound leads for your territory.
  • Use Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator to support pipeline and territory impact.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and product teams on messaging, field events, and campaigns.
  • Build a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and current market trends through training and enablement.
  • Work with leadership to develop communication skills and deliver effective reporting to the business.
  • Meet or exceed weekly activity metrics, including calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.
  • Work closely with team members and business partners in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of Enterprise SaaS or Security experience preferred.
  • Passion for helping customers solve pressing Security and IT needs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the business and serve as a trusted resource.
  • Comfort working with a high-energy, dynamic sales team to optimize strategic sales approaches.
  • Eagerness to learn, improve continuously, and accept feedback.
  • Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver effective reporting.
  • Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Navigator preferred.
