Description

  • Own the sales cycle for Storefront Pro across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise grocery and retail accounts, from prospecting through contract close and onboarding handoff.
  • Design and execute account-specific selling strategies in partnership with business development and retail account owners.
  • Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with retailer decision-makers and influencers across digital, technology, marketing, operations, and executive teams.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that clearly communicate Storefront Pro’s value proposition.
  • Lead negotiation of complex commercial agreements with Legal, Finance, and business development leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategy, positioning, and the end-to-end sales process.
  • Translate retailer objections, competitive dynamics, and market signals into actionable product and go-to-market recommendations.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships to develop custom solutions and creative deal structures for key prospects.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise or mid-market solution sales, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Experience in SaaS, retail technology, e-commerce platforms, or digital media is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with measurable impact on revenue or growth targets.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and in-room communication skills.
  • Ability to translate a technically complex product into a clear executive-level business case.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams in a matrixed organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly as the product, market, and competitive landscape evolve.
  • Solid working knowledge of e-commerce, digital retail, or grocery technology ecosystems.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to build and sustain retailer relationships.
  • Experience selling white-label or platform technology to grocery, general merchandise, or specialty retail is preferred.
  • Familiarity with retailer technology stacks, third-party integrations, and API-based platforms is preferred.
  • Comfort with data analysis and financial modeling, including ROI and payback period models, is preferred.
  • Experience with retail media networks, digital advertising monetization, or loyalty/CRM programs is preferred.
  • Understanding of fulfillment models such as delivery, pickup, and ship-to-home is preferred.
  • Experience working in a high-growth organization where go-to-market strategy and processes are still being built is preferred.
