Description

  • Build and maintain knowledge of the company’s technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends.
  • Follow up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently.
  • Prospect into target accounts through email, social channels, and calling.
  • Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead management, account research, and tracking.
  • Prioritize and personalize outreach to prospects using research and data.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and explain how Grafana can help.
  • Consistently meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Engage users and prospects with resources and guidance throughout their Grafana journey.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Located in Spain.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
  • Willingness to take on tasks of any size with a focus on quality.
  • Resourceful and proactive in a fast-changing environment.
  • Driven by purpose and a team-first attitude.
  • Open to feedback and coaching, with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Confidence and effectiveness on the phone.
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.
