Description

  • Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana’s technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends.
  • Follow up on inbound leads efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct proactive multi-channel outreach to new leads within target accounts via email, social media, and phone.
  • Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards to manage leads, accounts, and research.
  • Research and use data to prioritize and personalize outreach to prospects and accounts.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand user needs and goals and recommend appropriate resources.
  • Drive new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to win as a team.

Requirements

  • Located in NORAM.
  • Open to feedback and coaching and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
  • Willingness to take on tasks of any size with a focus on quality.
  • Resourceful and proactive in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Driven by purpose and motivated by a team-first approach.
  • Confidence and effectiveness on the phone, especially for business conversations.
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.
  • Curiosity and passion for technology are preferred.
  • Salesforce experience is preferred.

  • OTE compensation range in Canada of 76,250 CAD to 78,850 CAD.
