Description

  • Drive growth by sourcing and winning new clients through outbound outreach, centers of influence, events, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of affluent and high-net-worth prospects.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first meeting through signed agreement.
  • Present Focus Partners Wealth’s planning-led, fiduciary value proposition in a competitive marketplace.
  • Partner with advisors and specialists to develop compelling, customized proposals.
  • Coordinate client engagement and onboarding to ensure a seamless prospect-to-client experience.
  • Transition new clients to the advisory team after the close of business.
  • Share market feedback and prospect insights to continuously refine the business development approach.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services or a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong track record of achieving results and driving outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build trust across diverse audiences.
  • Persuasive and confident in influencing decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows.
  • Proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar platforms; experience configuring workflows is a bonus.
  • Adaptable team player comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with a strategic mindset and commitment to excellence.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary generally in the $100,000–$150,000 range, based on experience, expertise, location, and skill set.
  • Performance-based compensation tied to AUM growth and a tiered payout structure.
  • Uncapped growth-related compensation with average annual earnings ranging from $200,000–$500,000.
  • Earnings potential that increases substantially for higher AUM growth and consistent outperformance.
